10.5.2.93 Kill Intrinsic (function)

     Kill(Pid, Signal)

Kill: INTEGER(KIND=1) function.

Pid: INTEGER; scalar; INTENT(IN).

Signal: INTEGER; scalar; INTENT(IN).

Intrinsic groups: badu77.

Description:

Sends the signal specified by Signal to the process Pid. Returns 0 on success or a nonzero error code. See kill(2).

Due to the side effects performed by this intrinsic, the function form is not recommended.
