Mod: INTEGER or REAL function, the exact type being the result of cross-promoting the
types of all the arguments.
A: INTEGER or REAL; scalar; INTENT(IN).
P: INTEGER or REAL; scalar; INTENT(IN).

Description:
Returns remainder calculated as:

P must not be zero.
