Welcome to the "Kajaks Masters Workout Wiki" site.
This is JJ. I am coaching the Kajaks Masters' distance group. Anyone wanting to experience running on the track and participate in track running events can join my group. We train in Richmond on the Minoru track, Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 5:30pm. Tuesday training is focused on speed while Thursday we work on distance. Every Sunday we have a group run starting at 8:30 AM from different locations in the lower mainland. We vary the courses to include hills and flats as well as short and long distances.
