This group formed in 2018 as a spinoff from Jess Brewer's VIU Elder College course, "Possible Futures", which see. For the first year or so, minutes of the monthly OFC meetings were recorded on a DokuWiki site, but as time went on and DokuWiki updates gradually rendered the site unusable, it was abandoned. Fortunately it was possible to recover at least some of its content from the /usr/share/dokuwiki/data/page directory where pages were stored in text form. What follows is the resultant work in progress.
