I'm so happy to have been able to spend time with such a sweet man and I will cherish the memories of you forever and look forward to growing old with my own sweet Pearson. January-20-13: Condolences to Uncle Jack's wife Penny, and to my cousins, Ron and Wendy. I will always remember Jack for his telling of a joke to his family as a young school child. It became a family saying that always brought a smile. "Long ago an old lady went to the horse races. She was very worried about her bloomers, as the waist elastic was quite loose. Suddenly, the crowd yelled "they're off", and the old lady fainted." So, often when we are leaving to go somewhere, we will say, "We're off, and the old lady fainted."
